Green Tea Ice Cream Cake

The recipe for the cake base is my green tea sponge cake and it’s layered with vanilla ice cream. So get yourself a good tub of ice cream, and create heaps of space in the freezer, and you are good to go!

This looks incredible, and so professional! I adore the (white chocolate?) border and the idea of layering a cake with icecream. Definitely trying to recreate this!

Whether you believe it or not Hillary, this is my first time making a full chocolate border as a deco. You are gonna need a really long piece of non-stick baking paper and work really quickly so the chocolate does not set before you wrap it around the cake. Enjoy!
