I love the crepes on the top of the mango cake. How did you get the rings of Strawberry glaze(?) on each crepe and then how did you get them to join up to form rings around the whole cake?
I'm just a simple girl who used to live in a small, scenic town - Hobart, Tasmania. Now, I'm a small little girl, stuck in the big and confusing city - Sydney! So, if you are in Sydney or have family and friends here who are looking to order specialty cakes/desserts or wanting to cater for an event or need someone to do all the running around and planning for an upcoming event, please feel free to email me at pearlyn83@gmail.com.
That cake is unbelievably imaginative and so very beautiful, as is the green tea cake. You have a wonderful imagination and a great deal of skill.
I am sure your fledgling business is going to do well
How are you advertising? Just word-of mouth at the moment?
Best wishes
Hey! Yeah mainly word of mouth. I just really enjoy doing this! Brings me great joy to see the final product.

Hi Susan,
I used a syringe to pipe the strawberry glaze over the crepe. You can use a piping bag alternatively.
Cheers!
Crepe + mango = wonderful!! I am just looking for ideas for my up coming birthday cake
Thanks for sharing the recipe!
